So few men follow them, that I believe many women are thrown off by the unfamiliarity of the situation, when they are with a man who behaves properly.  It would explain why so many women date jerks, but wish they could find a &quot;nice guy&quot;.  People tend to stay with what's familiar, even if there is a better alternative.</description>

					<description>Yet another dissatisfied customer.  You were lucky that it only took you 30 mins.  I got bounced around through  the phone trees of four different departments, before  finally having my call taken up by the DSL billing dept.  Their customer service is atrocious.  I hate verizon too.</description>
