You were lucky that it only took you 30 mins. I got bounced around through four different departments, their phone trees to finally have my call taken up by the DSL billing dept. Everytime I call it's like speaking to a zombie w/ a script. We just moved and our ground line isn't working. I have called repeatedly to report this, it's still not working. It was supposed to be active 4 days ago. It was active for one out of the 4 days. Its impossible to speak to someone with a functioning brain there.
